Synopsis:

Though aiming to emulate the storyboard aesthetic we all know and love, \"wish\" fails to deliver with an animation style that feels lazy and like a big step back for Disney Animation. The songs are brilliant, but the writing overall is formulaic and does nothing to push the genre forward.

WISH was a perfect example of Disney done well. Funny, heart-warming, with catchy songs and plenty of Easter eggs to celebrate Disney Studios 100th year anniversary. \r\nStar is adorable. Chris Pine as King Magnifico is diabolically delicious as the Maleficent-esque villain. This is a worthy entry in Disney's 100 year legacy \r\nA perfect movie for kids, or adults who are kids at heart.
