Small town hairdresser Gail Daughtry is engaged to her devoted high school sweetheart, Tom. Her life takes a turn when a trip to a book signing leads to Tom meeting – and sleeping – with his “celebrity pass”. Reeling from the betrayal, Gail impulsively joins her friend Otto on a trip to Los Angeles, where a psychic convinces Gail that the only way to save her marriage is to “even the scales” with her own celebrity pass: Jon Hamm. Thus begins an epic journey through Tinseltown as Gail and Otto join forces with a talent agency assistant, a paparazzo, and actor John Slattery, all in the search for Hamm. Along the way, they collide with celebrities and are hunted by a group of Italian assassins as they get ever closer to finding the elusive star.

Very entertaining movie that takes you on a whirl wind of comical events. I also loved all the celebrity cameos throughout!
A laugh riot throughout. The perfect antidote to a bad day/week/month or even year!
lovely comedy for fun people
Sleeper hit of the summer! Funny, campy, slapsticky, and never takes itself seriously. It reminds me of Mel Brooks movies and tv shows from the 60's and 70's where everything is played for the laugh. I haven't laughed like this while watching a movie in years.\rHamm, Slattery, Deutch, Aniston and the whole cast must have had a great time making this. Not to be missed!
It was fun, I enjoyed it. Very personable
This is the funniest movie I have seen in years - I laughed the entire time, especially after I caught on to the hilariously quirky comedy and what the movie is based upon. It’s an old story, told in a very new way - anyone who loves kind of meta comedy, celebrities, show business, Hollywood.. and anyone who’s been in a bad relationship, will love this movie.
Very silly and fun
