It was really cute and true to the original. I appreciated that it didn't have political undertones or agendas and was just a fun family movie. The end was a little long, so that could have been wrapped up a little quicker, but overall it was really good. We were pleasantly surprised!

Honestly, this felt like all the heart and soul of the original was gone. The story was rushed, the characters felt flat or unnecessary, and the emotional core that made the 2002 version so special just wasn’t there. I didn’t care about Lilo’s sister, Jumba, or Pleakley and Gantu wasn’t even included. The only real bright spot was Stitch himself, who still had a bit of that original charm.

Majority of the actors casted fit the bill with their own spin and didn’t stray too far, beautiful balance. A few actors were great in their own right as an actor however didn’t match the actual character being represented. \rTears were involved, so had great elements from the original and good incorporations of new material. There was a few things that should have been kept from the animation.
