It's about empathy and understanding a person's pain who struggles with deep depression, who doesn't enjoy life and has lots of anxiety and fear or inner mental health struggles and the person suffering needs to talk about their problems rather than deal with anger. It's highly recommended movie to watch.

Brilliant performances. Very relatable for so many Caribbean people. A multitude of layers. Solid drama touching on generational trauma, single parenthood, sibling rivalry, family dynamics, fear, mental health and much more. You either get it or you don't. I think that will be the divide. Looking forward to watching it again and continuing to discuss with others that have watched it as well.
