When fate brings Belfast schoolteacher JJ into the orbit of self-confessed ‘low life scum’ Naoise & Liam Og, the needle drops on a hip hop act like no other. Rapping in their native Irish language, KNEECAP fast become the unlikely figureheads of a Civil Rights movement to save their mother tongue. In this fiercely original sex, drugs and hip-hop biopic KNEECAP play themselves, laying down a global rallying cry for the defense of native cultures.

Loved it. Good music, good filmmaking, witty and funny script, plus Michael Fassbender. I was pleasantly surprised.
This was a very entertaining and funny movie about what is actually a very serious topic. I did not have any issues following the movie although i could not understand every single word, the use if English and subtitles was sufficient to get the majority of it.
Very good story, very entertaining. Very engaging. Very funny.
Great movie and interesting story. Also, good to see the point of view from the irish which is not shared always in the media.
Awesome film, interesting perspective on indigneity and the Irish experience. Loved it!
Fantastic film. Everybody should see it!
Brilliant, entertaining and thoroughly Northern Irish. The humour is hilarious, the craic is mighty and you'll learn a word or two of Irish along the way.

Didn’t know what to expect. Absolutely loved it. Social commentary on the struggle to keep a language alive to keep a culture alive. Once a language is lost the culture is lost. The music was raw as the struggle is raw.
