I thought the movie was great. Wonderfully directed and kept me fully engaged the entire time. I barely noticed the two and a half hour runtime.
Great performance across the board. Definitely an Oscar contender. We really enjoyed the movie.
Despite the predictable plot and quite a few one-dimensional characters, I really loved the look of this film. Wonderful noir cinematic lighting and production design, alongside strong performances by the entire cast. Bradley Cooper successfully carried this film with what felt like a quiet performancr.
Amazing movie. Best i've seen in quite awhile.
Really enjoyed it! Great cinematography, another dark thriller by Guillermo del Toro. Bradley Cooper has “panache”, Cate Blanchet is “powerful”, and the rest of the cast shines
Quality. Grown up movie
Evocative, stylish modern film noir about Carny life & flying too close to the sun. Never thought I would say this but Bradley Cooper was great.
