It’s smooth

I really enjoyed it. It was a simple story but very well executed. The acting was brilliant and the cinematography was great. I do think that the slower pacing and stronger narrative focus may be off putting for some movie goers but I felt it was perfect. Two thumbs up.

I thought that the movie was phenomenal. It was intense, heartwarming, and sexy. I really enjoyed seeing Tiffany Haddish come into her own. She was profound and sexy without even trying. And Oscar Isaacs’s character was everything. He was so intense and magnetic, but I felt that he had heart too. However, his intensity took my breath away more times than was necessary. But I’m breathing again.LOL. And Tye Sheridan played vulnerable well. But he stunned me when he did what he did. I guess that he was going along to get along until opportunity knocked. Willem Defoe was always in control until..

Solid, all around film with outstanding camera work and acting from Oscar Isaac.

This is a movie where you learn things you want to learn, gambling strategy and things you don’t want to know, US prisoner interrogation. This dark story draws you in and won’t let you go.

Excellent movie that had people TALKING after the show. It is going to create quite a buzz with movie goers. So many different takes on the movie! A great movie sparks CONVERSATION. There were more people at this screening than I have seen in a movie house in a long time. Thank you for the passes. I look forward to move screenings in the future. I gravitate towards any and ALL, FOCUS FEATURES.

Very well done, clever plot, great acting
