Every truth has a consequence. When new evidence compels podcaster Poppy Parnell (Octavia Spencer) to reopen the murder case that made her a national sensation, she comes face to face with Warren Cave (Aaron Paul), the man she may have mistakenly helped to put behind bars. Her investigation navigates urgent concerns about privacy, media and race.

Absolutely amazing
Excellent true crime drama with family at the center of it all! The acting was incredible and Octavia Spencer is truly and inspiration to the craft!
Loved!!!! Waiting on the rest of the series!!!!
This seems like it will be a great series! Interested to find out what is going to happen next.
I think the movie/series is a great new show, like no other that is out. I love even more that there is a face like mine ( African American) behind the scene and in front of the camera. I enjoyed the giveaways and the interview afterwards with Octavia Spencer and Writer of the show, that was a great treat for viewers that came out.
This series (Truth Be Told) is a must see. I don't have apple tv plus but I will be subscribing before December 6 to see this series.
I think this movie is suspenseful, entertaining, and well-played. I enjoyed the episode that I saw. Looking forward to viewing others.
