Seberg is inspired by true events about the French New Wave darling and Breathless star, Jean Seberg (Kristen Stewart), who in the late 1960s was targeted by the FBI because of her support of the civil rights movement and romantic involvement with Hakim Jamal (Anthony Mackie), among others. In Benedict Andrews’ noir-ish thriller, Seberg’s life and career are destroyed by Hoover’s overreaching surveillance and harassment in an effort to suppress and discredit Seberg’s activism.

Loved it, great acting, set designa nd custom.
Kirsten Stewart was stunning, performance was very addictive and the supporting cast were amazing. Overall, the movie was very good.
Great movie based on true events
This is a great film, a true story with real perspective.
A**
Brilliant. Excellent acting, direction, script. I was thoroughly entertained and enjoyed learning about a time in US history I knew nothing about.
Kirsten Steward nailed the role. I’m a fan of French wave and Jean Seberg. This is a sad chapter in American history. Film was well done!

I truly enjoy based a true events Movies. It was inspiring and heartbreaking especially seeing that we haven’t come far in this country. Learnt about Jean Seberg. Sad to hear of her passing but she made a difference for many.
