Beautiful adaptation.

It’s a beautiful telling on this classic story. Gerwig is able to craft each character as a whole. Often times, the March family pales in comparison to Jo. However, in this version each and every character is a whole person with their own unique experience.

It was poignantly told and still felt so relevant. Any woman watching will be able to relate to the relationships on screen.

Heartwarming film! I had not read the book, but was still very entertained and enchanted by the story. Beautifully cinematography. And an excellent cast. Wonderful performances by all.

Greta Gerwig and her talented cast have made a film as magical as its predecessors (book included). I'll be the first to turn down a remake, but I knew going in, this one would be handled with reverence and ingenuity...confirmed!

I loved this movie. I knew nothing about the plot going in and I thought the story was so pure and genuine. I felt Greta Gerwig did an amazing job directing and I felt these characters had true dimension and depth. I will definitely see this film more than once.

My favorite book came to life.. I felt the same energy I felt 40 yrs ago.

A beautiful portrayal of wonderful young women.
