Synopsis:

It’s 1968 in America. Change is blowing in the wind...but seemingly far removed from the unrest in the cities is the small town of Mill Valley where for generations, the shadow of the Bellows family has loomed large. It is in their mansion on the edge of town that Sarah, a young girl with horrible secrets, turned her tortured life into a series of scary stories, written in a book that has transcended time—stories that have a way of becoming all too real for a group of teenagers who discover Sarah’s terrifying home.

It was great. Lots of jump scares and I'm actually looking forward to seeing it in full. I wasn't a horror film fan but after tonight's experience I am. The director and producer were so open with answering question and having an awesome dialogue with us. What a great event!

It was only a few scenes, but I can already tell that this will be a suspenseful, real horror movie, like the kind I remember growing up. It has an air of innocence to it, as it is set in a time before the internet. I just love the feeling of real tension and lack of artiface from the actors. This will likely have the energy of "Stand By Me" and an excellent horror movie combined. I loved it!

This film has some of the creepiest most, exciting and jaw dropping scenes I’ve seen in a long time. The movie will keep you on your toes asking what will happen next and that’s the best part.
