I grew up watching Laurel and Hardy movies on Saturday afternoons on CBC and so part of the enjoyment was nostalgia. I also loved the relationship - REAL friendship there. Acting was superb. Highly recommend.

Loved it!! Amazing performances from all actors. Beautifully filmed. One great long breathless scene at the beginning as the characters are being developed. Supporting actors are given great depth. Funny, poignant.

Touching film about Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. Also entertaining how were the supporting roles of their wife. The humour was understated and remarkably funny. I definitely recommend you to watch!
