Really tough story, beautifully told. The acting is so real, raw, believable. As a parent, I could feel the father’s pain. I liked the scene where the father admits that he used drugs in the past. It shows what hypocrites wecan be as parents, and how complicated such situations can be. I thought the music was really interesting and more noticable than usual. I liked it, for the most part.I liked how lush and pleasant their home was, with the peaceful gardens. This story made me understand addiction a bit more - and how we got to this national crisis.Great movie. Amazing actors. Thank you!

The movie shows a real problem even though is a movie. I wish they show the movie in schools. A good movie overall all.

The sadly tragic tale of drug addiction, relatable to anyone affected by it.

The supremely talented cast delivered outstanding, unforgettable performances in a most compelling, Oscar worthy film. The soundtrack provided familiar background and tone to the story. The cinematography offered gorgeous views and scenes of the beautiful, diverse geography of California. I would definitely see this film again.

Brutally honest portrayal of how addiction, in spite of unconditional love, can turn hope into hopelessness. This movie shows the impact of a boy's addiction on not only his own life, but on those who love him. Timothee Chalamet hits it out of the park and you forget that he is acting. He and Steve Carell have a father-son bond that we all hope we have with our boys.

It was at times hard to watch but very touching. Really displayed how drug addiction affects the whole family and not just the person using.
