Great creative aspects and camera angles. The script was smart and funny. The acting was phenomenal. Enjoyed the tone shift midway through. Great statement of what it’s like to get screwed over.

Excellent film. It might just be my favorite period film ever made, yes, better than Barry Lindon.

This movie is a masterpiece! The casting, performances, tone, sound design and direction are all top notch. It was achingly funny, profoundly disturbing and incredibly compelling. Can’t wait to tell everyone to see it.

Liked the movie just didn’t like the ending. It was entertaining and funny.

LOVED THIS MOVIE! Cast is amazing. Story line is well written and executed. A+

Very interesting movie..I have to read up on Queen Anne. Thanks for the opportunity see Nicholas Hoult at the Q&A.

I'm not sure how I feel. I would recommend that other people see it and judge for themselves.

This film works primarily for the wonderfully dry humor and quirky funny bits. All three lead actresses are superb, especially Olivia Colman. The sets and lighting provide rich, sometimes decadent, authenticity. I appreciate the director's deliberate style, taking time to set up moments, unafraid to linger on shots to make a point, like the ending, in order to make you think a little deeper.
