Loved it! I didn’t expect to like it as much as I did. Finally a transformers movie where things make sense and the plot actually links together. There were still explosions and battle scenes, but for good reasons to further the plot, not just to explode everywhere.

A good, serious storyline of bonding, growing up, being bullied, facing your fears and overcoming them. Set in the 80's just like the original Transformers cartoon with a great "alternative" soundtrack. No Hollywood-style explosions. No Michael Bay Hollywood production. A movie for the family. Anyone that followed the cartoon when they were young in the 80's would enjoy this nostalgic movie. A+
