What I liked most was that the writers didn't overexplain. We were just dropped into the story, they jumped right into the action from the start, and we left the theater with only as much knowledge as was reasonable for us to learn from the Nurse's POV. The movie was paced well and the pieces interconnected nicely. I had only seen one trailer, and overall the movie was better than I had expected.
