The movie looked real....you felt you were in the spirit of those times. There was a lot of death though which was just a small cinematic view of just one story. Very interesting to see what some went through

It's an engaging story made all the more riveting when you consider it's based on a true story. I saw it with my 17-yo son and his first reaction was \"that was powerful.\" Great acting and cinematography. It reminded me a bit of the reaction I had when I saw Schindler's List - very different details, but the same conflict as the backdrop, and similar use of splashes of color amidst a bleak palette.
