This one-night special event in New York will celebrate the new Bruce Lee inspired Cinemax series Warrior. Hosted by Sway, attendees will be treated to a special screening of the premiere before it airs followed by a conversation with Hip Hop notables, show Executive Producer Shannon Lee, and more special guests. Afterwards the space will open up for dancing, drinks, and food as well as a live DJ set. A special performance by The Kinjaz will close out the night.
More about the show: Based on the writings of Bruce Lee, the show is set against the backdrop of San Francisco's Chinatown in the aftermath of the Civil War, Warrior tells the story of a young martial arts prodigy, newly arrived from China, who finds himself caught up in the bloody Chinatown Tong wars.
