Kingfisher is a city divided –– between the living, and the undead. Recently, the government has had a problem with the staggering 40,000 ghosts that live on the West Side of town. When pizza delivery drivers suddenly start getting murdered while making deliveries in Ghost Town, the city turns its attention to the undead, looking for a culprit to blame. Headstrong police, drug dealers, a corrupt mayor, anti-ghost activists, all make up the fabric of this story in the strange city of Kingfisher, and all have a part to play in the conflict between the dead and the living.
