BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN) THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

AS A CONDITION OF WINNING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR TRAVEL ON February 8, 2019.

Sweepstakes Description: Shazam! Premiere Screening Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins as of 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (" ET ") on February 19, 2019 and ends as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 21, 2019 (“Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all times refer to ET. The only way to enter this Sweepstakes is by using the Internet as described below.

How to Enter: To enter, access the Sweepstakes website at Gofobo.com (“Website”). You will then be asked to complete the entry form with your complete address, home telephone number (including area code) and date of birth and click on “Click to Enter” to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). If you are not a Gofobo member, complete and thereafter transmit the entry form by clicking on “Click to Enter” to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Information required on the non-member Entry form (collectively “Entry Information”) consists of your complete first and last name, complete street address (including city, state and zip code), home telephone number (including area code), date of birth, e-mail address and e-mail address confirmation. You will also have the opportunity to become a Gofobo Member by clicking on “Become a Gofobo Member!” Becoming a Gofobo member is not required to enter the Sweepstakes and will not increase your chances of winning. If a potential entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering Sweepstakes or submitting any personally identifiable information or becoming a Gofobo member. Limit one (1) Entry per person, per e-mail address, per household. Entries in excess of the stated limit will be disqualified. Entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 21, 2019. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void. The Website’s clock will be the timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions and all Overseas Military Installations), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, who had Internet access. Employees of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Terry Hines & Associates, Inc., Allied Integrated Marketing Limited Partnership, Gofobo.com (“Sponsor”), ticktBox Enterprises, LLC, Sweepstakes administrator, their respective advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not legally related, are ineligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Sweepstakes administrator reserve the right to verify eligibility of all entrants.

Prizes/Odds of Winning: One (1) winner will be selected and provided a trip “Prize” consisting of: (i) two (2) roundtrip economy/coach airline tickets for the winner and up to one (1) companion via a Sponsor-selected air carrier(s) from a major commercial airport selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; (ii) a two (2)-night hotel stay (one (1) standard room based on double occupancy) for the winner and one (1) companion in Los Angeles, California; and (iii) two (2) tickets to the premiere screening of the “Motion Picture” Shazam! currently scheduled for March 28, 2019.

Address of premiere screening theatre will be provided by the Sponsor a reasonable time prior to the premiere. The winner and his/her travel companions are advised to arrive at least one (1) hour prior to premiere/screening start time. No one will be admitted without a ticket or after the premiere/screening begins. If, for whatever reason, the premiere screening of the Motion Picture is cancelled or rescheduled after the tickets are ticketed, no compensation will be paid in lieu of any cancelled or rescheduled showing of the Motion Picture. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor if movie premiere screening is cancelled, rescheduled, delayed or postponed, in whole or in part. Unused tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. In the event a prize winner and/or his/her travel companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early.

One additional (1) winner will be selected and provided a “Prize Pack” consisting of: (i) a backpack; (ii) a t-shirt; (iii) a beanie; and (iv) a Fandango code. Each Fandango code is valid for two people and has a value of $30 ($15 a person). They are valid beginning opening day, Fri., Apr. 5 through Fri., May 3.

Four additional (4) winners will be selected and provided: (i) Fandango code to see the Motion Picture in theaters. Each Fandango code is valid for two people and has a value of $30 ($15 a person). They are valid beginning opening day, Fri., Apr. 5 through Fri., May 3.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the Prize is Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Six ($2,996.00 USD). ARV of Prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. All travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor or Sponsor's designee. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The winner of the Prize must travel as and when designated by Sponsor or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate randomly selected winner chosen. The Prize winner and his/her travel companion(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. It is the responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her companion(s) to provide proper documentation (including government issued picture identification). All aspects of the travel portions of the Prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route and select hotels in their sole and absolute discretion. The Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. The round trip air transportation element for the Prize begins and ends at the point of departure. The Prize is subject to seat and hotel availability, as well as Sponsor’s terms and conditions generally applicable thereto. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to Prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Prize winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Prize-related services or accommodations. Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Prize winner at the time of Prize notification. Prize winner and his/her companion are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. The Prize winner may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in. Companion(s) of Prize winner must be at least the age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) as of the date of departure. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Once a travel companion is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor’s transportation carrier(s) of choice. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are not included as part of any Prize package, and are solely the Prize winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to: hotel taxes, additional ground transportation at the Prize winner’s destination(s), travel insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Transportation carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, and any changes made to either of these will be at the expense of the Prize winner.

Odds of winning a Prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Additional Prize conditions, limitations and restrictions may apply. Winners are solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. Winner (if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems the winner to be a minor, his/her parent or legal/guardian) will be responsible for any additional costs and incidentals associated with the prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for delays in delivery of a Prize (or Prize components). All other expenses and items not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules are not included and are each winner’s sole responsibility. Prizes (or Prize components) may not be exchanged. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of a Prize (or Prize component) is permitted. Prizes (and Prize components) are subject to availability and substitution with a Prize of equal or greater retail value if a Prize (or Prize component) is unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason; at Sponsor's and Sweepstakes administrator's sole discretion. The value of the Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s and Sweepstakes administrator’s good faith determination of the ARV thereof and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the ARV of a Prize (or Prize component) is more than the actual retail value of the Prize (or Prize component); the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Prizes and prize notifications will be sent to U.S. addresses only within the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia. Any depictions of Prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, local or other taxes including, without limitation, income taxes are sole responsibility of the winners. Sweepstakes administrator is the not guarantor of the Prizes.

Drawing and Notification of Winners: Potential winner will be randomly selected in a drawing held on or about one (1) days after the Sweepstakes end date (“Drawing Date”) from among all eligible Entries received by Sweepstakes administrator during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winner (if potential prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal/guardian) will be notified by phone and/or e-mail within approximately one (1) day of Drawing Date. Potential winners (if a potential winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal/guardian) will be notified of his/her winning status at the time s/he receives his/her prize. Prizes and prize notifications will be shipped only to addresses within the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the U.S. or the District of Columbia. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if s/he is found to be ineligible, if s/he cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entrants further grant to Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper first name and state online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. Subject to applicable law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sweepstake Entities to use winners' names, voices, likenesses, and/or biographical material, if available, for advertising, promotional, and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration except for the awarding of the prize(s) to the winner(s) .

General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes administrator, whose decisions are binding and final in all respects. Potential winner (if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems winner to be a minor, his/her parent or legal/guardian) will be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal), and any other documentation that Sweepstakes administrator and/or Sponsor may require (collectively “Affidavit/Release”), within one (1) business days after receipt or potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, Prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian, and in the case of the winner must sign the Affidavit/Release on his/her behalf. By accepting a prize (and in the case of the winner returning the completed Affidavit/Release), winners (if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems winner to be a minor, his/her parent or legal/guardian) attest to the authenticity of his/her winning Entry. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy (located at http://www.gofobo.com), except where prohibited by law: (1) entry and/or a winner’s (if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems winner to be minor, his/her parent or legal/guardian) acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised (including but not limited to posting on the Website), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes or the Prizes awarded (except if a winner is a resident of TN or wherever prohibited by law) and (2) Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of each Entry however Sponsor sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Additionally, by opting-in to a specific offer from the Sweepstakes Entities, entrants’ personal information will be subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of the applicable Sweepstakes Entities and entrants agree to receive additional e-mail communication from those Sweepstakes Entities. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes may be subject to prosecution and is not eligible for a Prize. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the drawing from among all salvageable eligible Entries received as of the termination date, if any. In case of a dispute over the identity of the entrant who submitted a winning Entry, the owner of the e-mail account will be deemed the entrant, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for, and will deem ineligible, multiple Entries submitted using multiple/different e-mail addresses, Entries that are entered by other than human means or mass Entries (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering Sweepstakes, entrants (their parents/legal guardians if residents of a jurisdiction that deems them to be a minor) agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes administrator which are final and binding in all respects to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entities, shall have any responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, dismemberment or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, and/or defects of the Prizes awarded herein; cancellations and/or delays or any change by other third party entity or any other persons providing any of the Prizes for the winners due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s and/or Sweepstakes Entities’ control; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, Website, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer(s) and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Proof of entering information at Website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of Entry. By entering, entrants and Prize winners further agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including but not limited to death or dismemberment) or property of any kind resulting or arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sponsor and/or the Sweepstakes Entities as well as each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, promotion partners and/or any entity involved in the development, production, implementation or administration of the Sweepstakes, and each person or entity connected with the production or administration of the Sweepstakes, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, licensee, licensor, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, agents, and any other sponsor that may be announced or otherwise added as a sponsor to the Sweepstakes at any time (collectively " Releasees"), and hereby acknowledge that said Releasees have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by any prize supplier or any Sweepstakes Entities that may be sent along with a Prize, its quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or suitability for use. Releasees shall not be liable to a winner or any other person for failure to supply a Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, threatened terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control.

Disputes: Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or the Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with California law, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The parties agree that any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Los Angeles County under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. (“JAMS”) before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired California state or federal court judge with experience in Entertainment matters who shall follow California law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Any Dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County.
