A short tale that delves deep into what it means to be a human, longing for connection while simultaneously avoiding it because it can hurt so much. I thought it was very "real" with the situation Michael was in, how he felt. Loved how candid the writers were with language & scenes

It was an intimate and, many times, awkward glimpse into the life of Michael. I did not find him to be a sympathetic character. He has never been, and never will be, happy or satisfied in life. He is self absorbed with a pattern of leaving people in his wake once they inevitably fail to live up to his expectations. The animation was truly amazing.
