Fascinating topic, well acted. The scenes involving the prostitute were unnecessary and were rather corny. But the scenes of the chess matches reflected the tensions both players must have been experiencing.

True story told with a lot of suspense and tension. The movie is set in the 1960's, and the clothes, cars, and phones all look terrific.

I was pleasantly surprised by Toby's performance. He acted as well as anyone could have. The direction, photography and background score are superlative. I enjoyed the movie.

I found the parts about Chess, to be interesting, even though I do not know how to play the game. Seeing Bobby Fischer early life, and descent into mental illness was interesting, as well.
