Eighth Grade was a great story of how teens and young adults are navigating in the confusing and divisive culture of social media. The film maker used some clever techniques to move the narrative along to connect us to the thoughts and feelings of the main character, there was also some very funny and charming moments as well. Elsie Fisher's performance was note perfect. Well done !

It was an interesting view of kids today. The world of social media and how to blend that with actual interactions can be overwhelming. It had a good message through it all. It was cute.
