I really like the one about the wife with the golden arm. I really thought he was going to chop her up or something at first. The makeup and effects on her once she came back as a zombie/ghost were excellent. It really made me jump a few times. The other tale about the girl being haunted by her Amish family fell flat with me. It was really predictable and seemed unoriginal.

I liked it. I love Travis Fimmel and Taissa Farmiga. These are similar to black mirror in that they are short episodes of horror. I think I watched 3 of each. I also like Sam Raimi and if you like his work in the past, especially Evil Dead or Drag Me to Hell I think you will like these.

A fun romp as a modern take on the "urban/rural legend". While the two episodes differed in motif, each was grounded on a premise that connects with you. The first, a variation of the Telltale Heart, and the latter, a story of embracing the unknown, each still had the Raimi jump scare touch. Overall, they are quality productions, and are more thought provoking than scary.

Good stories and fear factor! Just enough gore to keep me interested!
