Cate Blanchett and Rodney Mara gave award winning performances. the director Todd Hayes deserves a nominion as well.

I thought the acting was brilliant.. In the last scene the close up of Carol showed her past, present and future with Terese. The direction, wardrobe was excellent too.

Good movie- beautifully filmed such that it really made it worthwhile to see on a big screen, but it was a little too slow.

Great cinematography & actresses, but the story was bland.
