Very nicely done movie.

WOnderful film.

I love it.The title, although based on a book, did not attract me much; however, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie.It was well paced. I enjoyed the way they brought the late 1800's back to life for this generation.The on screen camaraderie of the actors as well as the sensuality which radiated throughout the movie, made it special and worth seeing.

EXCELLENT !!! Enjoyed newest film version of Thomas Hardy's classic novel - recall seeing Julie Christie et al. in 1967 release...
