Ruins the shining

To me I was very disappointed in this movie, I enjoyed the actors but the story was not keeping my interest. I left before the movie ended.

Too long, poor acting

The portrayal of "the shine" felt silly in this movie. The reconciliation between the Kubrick movie and King's book was fairly weak.
