It was on the cusp of being funny, but most of the movie was too serious.

This movie is targeted for a 13+ male audience that enjoys sci-fi/fantasy. If you aren't that demographic, you probably won't enjoy it. It definitely isn't suitable for children. Overall, the movie met my expectations based on the trailers that I've seen for it.
