Ended up walking out because only front row tickets were left and with slouching down, it was still hard to really get a good experience viewing the film.

Wasn't my type of movie but I gave it a try

It started out too dark, too boring. It is very long, needed more time on the cutting room floor. I did not find any of the characters likeable. There was way too much swearing for a holiday family film. The attempt at being heartwarming fell flat. I enjoyed the music and the reindeer. The film claims to be funny but I found I was never laughing just cringing when another swear word was being said as I sat by two families with small children. One mother had the good sense to get up and leave before it was completed.
