I loved the movie. I loved the attitude of the female actress. I felt really sorry for the guy who went to prison.

The film presented a beautiful world with the period dress and decorations. But the chemistry between Oak and Everdene wasn't tangible—even with Frank Troy, supposedly the most passionate, it seemed flat. The ending was a cliche. I've never read the book, so maybe that's the books flaw. I loved the scene where the sheep ran off the cliff. That was the most feeling.
