Good love story. Love the emphasis on past love on to new love and how the ending may not always Be like a fairytale.

It’s a great movie, about 2 teenagers falling in love, having different personalities, dealing with their own problems and secrets. It’s definitely entertaining.

The movie did a great job of portraying PTSD, survivor's guilt, and mental health issues when it came to Grace's character. Seeing Chemical Hearts what really appealed to me was the this was not your typical Boy saves girl or vice versa trope. Grace could not be "saved" or even helped by Henry she had to want those things for herself in order to start healing, which is a very real and true aspect when it comes to dealing with PTSD, survivor's guilt, or any mental health issue. Great music choices also aided in the storytelling and really added to the mood and vibe of the movie.
