MEH... IT WAS A MOVIE ABOUT HER FEELERS & I WISH IT HAD MORE ACTION!! BUT I STILL LOVED IT

While it was visually pleasing, the story was poorly paced and bogged down in the middle of the film. Not saying I don't like slow burn films, but they require some kind of substance to support the style. The acting made it hard to feel attached to any character, aside from the woman who played Major's mother who was amazing for such a small part. It was ok.

The title speaks for it all. A movie about its visuals (its shell) than its story (ghost). Those, like me, who have watched the anime will have mix feelings about this. The film does take some familiar imagery from the show. There were Nice empty shots and use of angles. Acting was iffy at times...But overall, noing that stands out. One of those films that showed their best scenes in the trailer.

Visually stunning. Slow burn. Slower than I'd like. But when there was action, it was good.
