The movie's visual effects and action sequences were pretty cool, but the actors and characters were uninspiring. The movie was entertaining, but not something I would rave about. The main character is a terrible/annoying actor. The 'serious" scenes seemed kind of lame to me, like they were trying too hard... I guess it made it more kid friendly?

Good movie but it was too visually busy for me. Parts were hard to understand/follow. Overall good but I wouldn't see it again.

Visually, it was great. I thought the story kind of jumped into it without enough character build up. I also was not a fan of the male lead. He has bags under his eyes in every scene and isn't good looking enough to be such a douche to the girl. Finally, the ending was okay but kind of predictable. Rihanna saves the movie with a sexy dance scene.

Graphics were really nice and made the movie enjoyable, although some parts caused a little dizziness while watching in 3D. The story line was in line with what you'd expect from a comic book, lead actors did not seem to have strong chemistry and the dialogue wasn't great. We went into this not expecting too much out and enjoyed the movie much more than we thought we would.
