A bit depressing, stressful, predictable. Scenes of the mountain were breathtaking, IMAX made it seem more real.

Great cast is wasted. It's a typical disaster movie. They have a great time going up (interesting) & die on the way down (boring). After 15 minutes I was wishing that it was NOT in 3D. 2.5 stars.

Would have been good to show temperatures along side altitudes throughout the film. Little long. Slow start. Good recap at end.

It started off really well but lost steam to me because of the length. Also wondered why 3D but IMAX was a good call.
