I thoroughly enjoyed the movie.It held my interest and did a creditable job of depicting a strong willed woman in her business dealings and those of the heart.

Very good and funny moments

I loved the acting and the chemistry between the two main characters. The cinematography was beautiful. I thought the script and editing were a bit odd. Neither captured the amount of time that transpired between events like Bathsheba's marriage and Fanny's return. Everything seemed to happen in a very short period of time which I don't think was true to the book.
