Loved the setting in Pittsburgh and the attention to details. Acting was superb. Thought the movie was a little slow but then again that was the story.

The acting was incredible. The subject matter and level of dysfunction was difficult to watch. Viola Davis' character showed tremendous strength. Heavy, heavy, heavy!

All of the performances were amazing from Denzel Washington and Viola Davis to every member of the supporting cast.

I really enjoyed this movie, it moved me to tears. He should have been paid double just to encourage Denzel to continue directing according to what he said at an interview. " It was great but acting pays the bills "
