Wonderfully alive story graced by gorgeous writing & strong performances.

This is written for theatre. Which means that it is pretty long. That is literally the only critique. When you have acting greats Denzel and Viola on the screen, it is impossible to look away. When you have a writting guru and phenomenal storyteller like August Wilson, it's impossible to not stay connected. This movie was beautifully directed as well. Do your life a favor and watch "Fences"

The movie was awesome. It was funny, romantic, & although the movie was set in the 1950's, it still captured life's moments that are relevant today. I loved it.
