It was nice to see Mark Wahlberg in a different role, finally. However , some of the monologues in this movie was way to long and dramatic.

The movie dragged along, needed more exciting areas of casino play and did we need to see john goodman shirtless.

Have to wonder why Mark Wahlberg chose to do this film.
