Over a good movie. Cool storyline and graphics. Parts of the movie were too long and slow. I think that it could have been 20 minutes shorter.

Movie was correctly rated. It was a bit scary but overall very entertaining. Three 1/2 stars

the production values were high and the music was very well done (except for the choice of 'my guitar gently weeps' at the end. the selection was indicative of the movie overall, an asian face on a white/jewish production, another genre to be ruined by body humor and inappropriate jokes and jewish/kazarian culture. if i had known the engine behind the movie, i would have skipped it...

This movie was a trip. My little one and I kept looking at each other and saying "what is going on?!". To me, it played out like a nice dungeons and dragons campaign, but for a movie, i can't even explain it. The kid uses a banjo to make paper fly around and turn into living origami and the townsfolk are like "yup, this is normal." For a kids movie, it has quite intense themes.
