Good acting by Wahlberg. The plot generally lacks depth although it may be intentionally shallow to represent what being a gambler is.

Overall a really good movie. If you see this expecting a Lone Survivor you will be let down. I was impressed with the weight that Mark Walberg lost to play this part, which obviously went to John Goodman. The story line was good, the music was great, and the overall cast was excellant. I can't think of a movie to compare it to which is a good thing with all the remakes that have been out.

It was entertaining but not awesome. .it didn't really have a plot..john Goodman was hilarious

Ending seemed inconsistent with rest of the movie; great acting though.
