While the actors do a great job it's not good enough to watch again. It felt somewhat flat.

Strong performances and consistently stylish with surprising fluorishes along the way, only the plot trajectory and lack of deep emotional probing of its characters prevent it from being something remarkable. Recommended for fans of low-fi studio dramas of decades past. All too rare nowadays.

There were some parts that could have had more character development.

I love Mark Wahlberg and his acting was very good in the film. The show of no emotion in his character was mind blowing. John Goodman was fabulous! I liked how it ended and he settled all his debts with not one red cent left after being offered a little extra. Thank You for offering the premiere!
