Amy Schumer just isn’t funny.. more annoying than anything; horrible acting. I found this movie sad that someone hates themselves so much especially when Amy isn’t that ugly \\ fat.. how are heavier women supposed to feel. Also, did not like Amy’s response to the good looking girl who said she has insecurities .. just because you’re beautiful doesn’t mean your emotions shouldn’t matter.

Amy Schumer's portrayal of Renee is comedic with a touch of poignancy. Outward appearances matter if it's important to self as well, not necessarily the outside world.

Another disappointment for Amy Schumer. Maybe Trainwreck was the anomaly.

I thought it was a trite attempt to demonstrate the importance of self-worth and confidence, but it only reinforced the notion that those traits come from a feeling of being beautiful - whether actualized or not. Furthermore, the fact that Renee's relationship evolves and flourishes during her period of being a self-involved sociopath is a horrible message to send to young women.
