Solid disaster movie. Better than expected. Thought it would be a bit more OTT. Loved that the Mom character had an active role and not passive waiting for her husband to save her. That was refreshing.

It's good escapist fare. Rather mediocre movie, but entertaining.

It was okay, reminded me of other movies with this theme such as Deep Impact or 2012. It kept my interest enough to continue watching until the end, but had seen this type of movie before.

This film dragged in too many places and was too predictable in others. It seemed like a combination of other similar movies. Some of the events that took place were simply not believable, such as how the mother was removed from the car to separate her from her son. A woman would have unbuckled her kid and grabbed him and could have defended herself better...or even telling them her son was rejected, from the start. Too many other situations just seemed too convenient or were not believable. If I'd attended as a regular paying customer I would have been inclined to leave.
