Great sequel and felt you really got the feeling of the years that passed. It was a bit less dramatic and shocking but isn't live X number of years later? Fit the bill of what I'd want from a trainspotting 2. Visually solid as well.

I thought the movie was fairly interesting. I didn't watch the first one so I can imagine it would have been a bit better if I understood the whole back story. It was a little slow starting and never really fully took off in my opinion, but I like the style of the directing.

Couldnt unstand some of the language.

Love revisiting the characters and Danny Boyle's style is still so strong. The story though didn't seem necessary enough for a sequel.
