That kid could have unbuckled his seatbelt and jumped out of the car! haha It was a bit too unrealistic for me

Since you can't rank with a partial star, I gave it 3 stars. However, I would actually give it about 3.3 out of 5 stars. Even though it ends the way you think it's going to, the journey getting there was pretty decent. It shows both sides of humanity, when a catastrophe is closing in on mankind. You see what desperate people will do, when they have no other options, and you also see kindness shining through, when you least expect it. Even though the movie centers around the near annihilation of the planet, it was an enjoyable ride.

Loved the show but the movie stopped at the last 30 min so I have no idea how it ended *

The story line was rather predictable but on par with other 'end of the world' type of movies. I had a difficult time connecting with the characters and their relationship but the child with medical issues was a new line that I appreciated.
