Beautiful graphics and animations. I just wish they would have spent more time developing the story and less time showing Kubo's storytelling capabilities. The message is important but one needs to really fish it out. Nevertheless a very nice and refreshing movie.

While I liked the movie, the plot was hard to take. It was as though the writers wanted to put every cliche in it. From reuniting an orphan with both his parents.to a happy ending.This is definitely not a film for kids and should be advertised this way.

It was good, but you had to understand Japanese Folklore. I didn't. The story was good for kids to follow.
