I found the story to be "plodding" with many plot holes. Special effects were minimally creative. Acting performances were ok.

The first couple of acts were full of tension, but after a while it became totally and completely predictable, and the end was likewise unimaginative. Morena Baccarin is one of my favorite acresses and she does not disappoint. Too bad the role was so unchallenging. As is the case with way too many speculative fiction films, the execution just did not live up to the promise. Better luck next time.

The movie was average and seemed a repeat of 2012.

The plot in this movie isn’t much of a thinker. There are some great scenes in the movie that got my heart pumping. However there wasn’t a real compelling reason for me to root for the characters.
