The movie never downloaded. The speaker came on to explain her experience, said enjoy the movie & it never loaded. Very disappointing.

It never played for me. I waited an hour then I got the code and it never started, now I can’t get past this take a survey page. It skipped the entire movie. Super annoyed. amy
