It kicked me out after the director’s introduction. Then I got this survey. Thanks for nothing

I couldn't watch the movie. It started playing and then kicked me out and took me to the survey. Very disappointed. Planned my evening around previewing it.

Gofobo royally screwed up!\r\rMy CODA and I started watching the timer tick down to showtime (for 1 hour and 20 minutes) only to have some concerns about freezing, not seeing the movie play, to trying to tap around to see if we can “jog” it to play and then WE GOT THE FRIGGIN SURVEY!!! I CANT EVEN TRY TO GET IN AGAIN TO GET A NEW CODE TO WATCH BECAUSE I ONLY CAN GET ONE CODE! I HIT THE ROOF.
