A beautiful story lovingly told. Excellent in all categories--especially acting and cinematography

Loved the story and how it built up to the reunion. Was not sure it would. Fell for the young man and identified with the old man. Cinematography stunning. Not too sappy. Loved how the integration of past and present melded thru out. Loved the slow development of the initial romance. Great pacing. Loved the theme of being open to new cultures and respect shown. I did not like the amount of smoking in the film. Is this necessary as i feel it promotes social acceptance of a harmful behaviour especially fir young peopje getting addicted at such a young age just to fit in.
